Tips from testing it
Start with your ugliest spreadsheet workflow, not your biggest idea. The best first app is the one where you already know every field and status because you've been managing it manually.
Build the internal view and the client view together. The two-sided apps are where this beats a general builder, since the client side inherits login and scoping automatically.
Use the plan step as your spec. If the plan misses something, fix it there in one sentence instead of debugging the built app.
