No Code Founders reserves the right to modify or terminate the Service for any reason, without notice, at any time. We reserve the right to alter these terms or other site policies at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email or prominent notice on the site.
To publish content on nocodefounders.com, you must register for an account. When you register, you may be required to provide your email address, company name and other relevant details. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.
Authentication may be handled by passwordless mechanisms such as magic links sent to your registered email address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of the email account associated with your No Code Founders account, and you accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account is no longer secure, you must immediately notify us at [email protected].
Some accounts and listings on No Code Founders require payment. Before you pay any fees, you will have an opportunity to review and accept the fees that will be charged. Unless stated otherwise, all fees are in USD and are non-refundable. Payment is due at the time of purchase. Where applicable, VAT will be added at the prevailing rate.
If we agree to offer you credit terms, we reserve the right to require guarantees as a condition. Where credit has been agreed, payment is due no later than the date shown on our invoice. If you fail to pay by this date, we will attempt to take payment up to four further times within a two-week period. If payment has still not been received at the end of that period, your account will be cancelled. We reserve the right to withdraw credit arrangements at any time.
No Code Founders reserves the right to set pricing for the Service. We will make reasonable efforts to keep pricing information published on the website up to date, and current pricing will always be shown before purchase. We may change fees, including additional charges, at any time, with advance notice given before changes take effect. We may also offer promotional pricing to specific customers, which will not apply to your account unless expressly offered to you.
No Code Founders operates a directory of tools and deals. Listings may be free or paid, and paid listings are subject to the pricing and terms shown at the point of purchase. Paid listings are time-limited and must be used within the period stated on purchase. After this period the listing and any included promotional features expire and are not refundable.
If you operate a no-code platform, SaaS tool or other product intended for listing in the directory, you must use the appropriate paid listing or partner option rather than a standard member account. If you use a member account to promote a product that should have been listed as a paid listing, we reserve the right to cancel the account without refund.
You authorise No Code Founders to charge all sums due for the Services or listings you select to the payment method specified in your account. If you pay by card, we may pre-authorise your card to verify it is valid and has sufficient funds.
We may suspend or terminate this agreement, your access to the site or the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Any rights granted to you will cease immediately and you must stop using the site and Services. Termination does not affect our right to recover from you any losses, damages, indemnities or other costs.
If you owe us any sums or are responsible for any losses, damages or other costs, any amounts we owe you will be set off against those sums before any reimbursement. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any account with overdue payments, and may charge collection fees in addition to the amount owed.

No Code Founders will not act as either party's agent in resolving disputes between users or between users and listed businesses. We recommend contacting the relevant party directly. If a dispute arises, you release No Code Founders from all claims, demands and damages of every kind arising from or connected with the dispute.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless No Code Founders, its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising between No Code Founders and any third party in relation to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic.

NO CODE FOUNDERS MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE QUALITY, ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, COMPLETENESS OR RELIABILITY OF ANY SITE CONTENT. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM NO CODE FOUNDERS SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS.
